Just last week my husband pleading stealing billions from investment from his clients and he was ordered to jail Thursday 12th March 2009, after pleading guilty to all 11 criminal counts in one of Wall Street's biggest swindles.
Now the Federal investigators in the USA are working around the clock to freeze all my assets, fearing that I'm trying to flee the country which I have done shortly after my husband was sentenced, I have $93 million in my name beyond their reach.

I also received this e-mail. I am thankful that the Madoffs have chosen our family to be caretakers of such an immense fortune. So how are we going to split this up between the two of us. I can't imagine that she e-mailed any body else about this. I can only assume they have researched our family history and chosen the two of us because of our sincere love of people and our extreme integrity. No way she could pick any of our siblings, they all have major issues that the two of us have avoided. Of course that rules out Paul's kids as well. You don't think this is a scam, do you? Naw, we are way too intelligent to be duped by a phony e-mail. She must have skipped out on English and grammar classes as a kid though. Poor lady!
By the way, I received the same e-mail from Mr. Madoff's butler, mistress, nanny, limo driver and unknowing business partner. It's funny that they all know and trust me with this. I wonder if we are related. I need to do my geneology. I will be sending all personal information to them this afternoon. Wish me luck! Can't wait to split the millions with you Cuz!
You and Garrett are SO lucky. I could only dream of an opportunity like this. They didn't send it to me. probably because they know of my penchant for fast cars, loose men and booze.

Sometimes, I like to reply to these emails. I usually use a few expletives. It is funny, because it does not deter them. they just send another email, reassuring of their sincerity. I didn't know rich old ladies looked like 28 year old South Africans.
